  • Do you have an active connection to the internet – try searching for something at google.com
  • Can you access our static help page: learning.casemanager.biz
  • Can you bring up the login page of your web version of Case Manager: your-domain-name.casemanager.biz
  • If you have internet access but can’t connect to our server, check with http://aussieoutages.com/ to see if there is a known network issue with your ISP
