How to Access Your Case Manager Account
- On the Web: Enter your company-specific URL in your browser:
“companyid”.casemanager.biz
- The Company ID is the unique identifier for your organization and forms the first part of the web address.
- This ID is provided by Chameleon when your account is created.
- If you’re unsure of your Company ID:
- Check any welcome emails or onboarding documents you received.
- Ask your admin or IT support team within your organization
- Contact Chameleon Support for assistance.
- On Mobile: Download the Case Manager app for iOS and Android.
