What is the Case Manager Ideas Portal?

Imagine a space where your brilliant ideas can shine. The Case Manager Ideas Portal is your go-to spot for sharing thoughts on new features, enhancements, and entirely new concepts. It’s not just about submitting ideas – it’s about building the future of Case Manager with you. Your ideas are reviewed and, if feasible, become part of our product roadmap!

How Do You Access It?

Ready to dive in? Here’s how:

  1. Visit the Portal: Head over to the Case Manager Ideas Portal.
  2. Log In: Log into the portal using your email address and the password created during registration.
  3. Explore and Engage: Browse through existing ideas, cast your votes, and add comments.
  4. Share Your Ideas: Click on “Add a New Idea,” fill in the details, and hit submit. Don’t forget to categorise your idea to make it easier for others to find.

Don’t Have an Account? 

No worries! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Registration: Send an email to our Support Team to request access and we will create an account for you .
  2. Email Verification: A link will be sent to your email to complete the activation of your account.
  3. Log In: Use your new credentials to log in and start contributing your ideas!

Filling Out the Idea Form

When submitting your ideas, please make sure to fill out all the fields in the idea submission form. This helps us understand the context and importance of your suggestion. Refer to the attached image for a detailed view of the form.

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Summary: Provide a concise summary of your idea.
  • Details: Explain why it is useful, who would benefit from it, and how it should work.
  • Category: Select the appropriate category for your idea.
  • Industry Requirement, Frequency of Use, Value to the Business, Impacted Staff: Fill out these fields to give us a comprehensive understanding of your idea’s impact.

Remember, your submissions and votes are completely anonymous to ensure privacy and unbiased feedback.

All submissions will be viewed by the Chameleon Software team and could be a part of the Case Manager product roadmap!
